Neighbourhoodthreat was founded by Ed O'Neill who had a vision of taking good rock and punk acts to Scandinavia and promote good scandinavian rock and punk acts in the US.

We also set up gig's with bands from other countries.
The first gig to be arranged by Neighbourhood Threat was a gig with Texas Terri Bomb! and Tomcats on M/S No Fear in September 2004.
